WARRANTY
All solutions, developed by UAB “Paspara” have 12 month warranty, i.e. errors in applications are managed according to warranty obligations.
WE ARE READY TO HELP
UAB “Paspara” provides support services for already implemented solutions. We will ensure that system performance is optimal, solution is “alive” – adapts to changes in data sources, new business logic, management needs. We will put every possible effort to ensure that data is updated by a certain time and questions from users are responded on time. Individual support service conditions are agreed with each client and regulated by the contract.
